The meter was set to diode check and the pos lead was on batt+ and neg lead was on ground for one test and showed0.000 volts. The first test was to check the fets and pos lead to drain and neg to source of the fets and they all showed 0.000 volts.
So I began pulling the fets off. I rechecked when they were off and checked .470 volts to .490 volts on all. |

Did you check for solder bridges?
If it has reverse protection diodes, you'll need to check those.
