Because R19 is burned in half a 47 ohm resistor maybe? As soon as I replaced R19 and powered up the amp it instantly burned in half again.

I found R19 burned in half because the op-amp was sending negative voltage meeting positive voltage at the other side of R19 which supplies the op-amp with positive voltage. Thus burning it in half. Faulty op-amp.

Does this make sense?
