I found another diagram (punch 250.1) that has the resistors (190 and 191). They appear to go the telco jack. They probably drive some sort of display.

Yes the PSD-1 punch status display. It displayed power, thermal, clipping, max, and signal.

Still have no output with the switch in the l+r position only when I switch it to (L)mono position and I hear a buzzing on the board.

The amp plays clean sound in full range to a speaker in the (L) mono position but when you switch it a huge "POP" and a bit of current draw???

Only in the (L) mono position and its a little hazy, when I switch to L+R I get -15.76 vdc on pin 1 and 7 and no outout.

Check the output pins of the rest of the op-amps. Do any have significant DC on them?

U201 has -16.50 vdc on both output either position

Do you read 10 ohms between the left and right RCA shields (no RCAs plugged in)?
