clarion s factory defect problems

clarion 500z stopped working after a code appeared on screen store wouldnt rrplsce because warranty was expired two months prior should factory replace it ? where ccan i get stereo and amps fixed

Clarion has a service center in So-Cal. The retailer that sold you the unit should be able to direct you to them or handle the RMA procedure. Turn around lead time is questionable though, but maybe they have improved since my last experience.

There is also a authorized service repair station in San Jose they have a web-site you can use to contact them by here Car Audio Repair San Jose | Car Stereo Repair | Factory Radio Repair
I know these folks very well for over 15 years now. I used to repair all of their amps when I was full time in the biz.

If your unit is out of warranty then neither of those repair stations will do the repair for free.
