On IC103 in DCV I read:

1. -8.1V
2. -0.7v
3. 0.00v
4. -15V
5. -8.2
6. -8.2
7. -8.2
8. +15V

I replaced it due to excessive DC but I still have DC on all of those pins except 3 which is tied to secondary CT.

Is this IC defective again or could something else be driving -8V to it?

This is the IC that directly feeds pin 1 of the driver board.

Confirm that the master/slave switch is working properly. Testing the connections between the components on the board (the ones connected to the switch) will be the most reliable way to test.

Yes, I get continuity on all the right connections and they switch with the switch

Do you have any DC voltage (more than a few millivolts) across the speaker terminals?

0v across the speaker terminals, no outputs are installed.

Was the op-amp that you replaced a new op-amp of the same part number?

Did you take the measurements with no input signal?

It was the same part from another clone amp that had signal at the driver board.

Measurements were taken with input signal, there is no input signal on that IC.

Are you sure that it's IC103 and not IC106 (pin 7) that's driving pin 1 of the driver board (pin 1 of the driver board being nearest the RCA inputs)?
