Default Pioneer GM-H200

Amp will not power up..

There is a 3 pin plug for the amp that is labeld Remote , ACC And ILL

I hooked power ground and remote up to it and there is no voltage at any of the pins on the 494..


Any ideas??

You have to have 12v on the acc terminal also.
