Exclamation Crossfire Amp Low Output

Ok guys here is my problem.

I have a Crossfire 360.1 and I am having a little bit of problems with it. It powers up just fine and never goes into protect after boot up, but when I install all the output speaker wires I get little to no sound at the speaker end. I am not sure what would be the problem please give me a little guidence and possibly a way to fix it or check it out to narrow the problem down. thanks a lot.
