Amp power on and seems fine. With no speakers connected, when I turn the gain up on the amp and increase the input it goes into protect. I can hear music playing on the board. It sound like it coming from the relay. Any ideas?

If it uses the DWM0608 board, the most likely suspects are Q11 and Q7 on the audio driver board.
There may be other problems also. Does it draw excessive current as it goes into protect?

The squeal is there with no input and if move the cone of the speaker it cuts in and out. I have a 7.5 amp fuse installed and it hasn't popped. It does appear to use that board. If I touch the drain tab of the outputs transistors it changes the squeal from the speaker.

Internally? I'm powering the amp with a power supply.

Back to the same problem. Q7 is 2d and q11 is 1d correct?

Do you know the value of r24 on the driver board? This 1 is broken in half and soldered end facing up. Doesn't appear to burn marks.
