Default Planet Audio BB2400.1 Question

I need to know the part number for diode D1 thru D4 they are identical i am replacing fets and noticed D1 is broken and d3 looks burnt

D1-D4 are likely 1N4148s. They rarely fail and generally only look burned because the power supply FETs have burned. You can pull them to get the numbers.

i have some 1N4148's and they look to be a little bigger in size than the diodes in the mosfet banks does that make a difference?

Most 1N4148s are the same size. Did you pull one of the original diodes and clean it to see the numbers on it?
