Default alpine 6x9

My friend gave me a set of alpine 6x9s. The only problem is he tore off the filters. 1 is marked mf 3.3uf 100v 5% and another component is marked .25mH. I suspect the first 1 is a cap but what type? What is the other component?

If the capacitor is in a crimped metal can, it's likely an electrolytic capacitor. The type isn't important as long as it's non-polarized. The other component is an inductor.
