Default bxi1206

This amp has the sfp50n06 in the power supply. I can't find them anywhere I would want to order from except from ebay.

Mouser has listed an alternative STP45NF06

STP45NF06 STMicroelectronics MOSFET

Original

Does 47ohm gate resistors sound right for this amp? They are all discoloured. Half read 69 to 73 ohms and others read 46 47ohms

In photos of a BXI1206D that I have, there are 22 ohm resistors so there may be 2 versions of this amp. It's unlikely that you'd have so many that were near 47 ohms if they were supposed to be 22 ohms.

Maxxsonics refered me to CIA Engineering. The gentleman on the phone had infomation about the bxi1205 that used the sfp50n06 with 22 ohm resistors.

I was a little upset that maxxsonics couldn't answer this simple question. They said its proprietary information.

Hell you would be lucky if anyone at maxxsonics on this side of the ocean actually knows that info.
