profile california ap1500m powers on no audio out

i have few California amps with the same issue -they power on and have good rail and op amp voltages but won't output any good audio .At max gain there is some popping in the speaker .there is no dc on the speaker terminals or on the rca shields .i have 4 of them with the same issue ,but they are free so I'm in no rush

Do you have more than approximately 0.5v DC on the output of any of the op-amps?

op amp marked Ic104 has 13v on leg 1 the other ones have no voltage on the output.posting few photos if the inside

Post the DC voltage on all legs of that op-amp.

It appears to be defective but the resolution of the voltage on pins 2 and 3 needs to be greater.
