When I received this amp it had IRF540's at all four output locations.

Doesn't it use an IRF540 and an IRF9540, one each per channel instead?

I think you're right. If I'm not mistaken, Q115 and Q215 are the IRF540s. If that's true, the center legs of both outputs in each channel will be directly connected.

Yes center legs are connected together like you said.

The MPSA56 drives the 540's and the MPSA06 drives the 9540's then.
