I bought this amp blown from a friend..
when i opened it up i noticed 1 of the filter caps missing and the output filter inductor broken off the board..
I replaced the missing filter cap and solderd the output filter inductor back in..
When i power the amp up it idles fine but the fan does not come on..
When a spaker is connected to it the fan will come on and the speaker flutters back and fourth and the amp will draw excessive current...
I tested for rail and regulated voltages the amp is producing both + - 60 volts of rail and + - 15 volts on op-amps
Any ideas where to look ??
