Default clarion apx4240

Anyone have the service manual?

Front left channel has low ouput. I think its a op amp but I can't get board out yet to trace the signal cause 2 screws are stripped

Can you drill the heads of the screws to remove them to allow the amp to be disassembled?

Although you can't rule out an op-amp. It's extremely unusual for an op-amp to have low gain. It's generally a problem with a potentiometer, a resistor or a capacitor.

Ha, simple fix it was a cap right at the rca inputs. Old one is a 50v 10uf. Would it make a difference if I replaced the 1 with a 22uf 50v or should I change all 4?

The 22uF would probably work but you should use the same value. It's a bad habit to use parts that are not the same as the originals.
