Default MTX 1501D

I need help indentifing some SMDs in this amp:

1. Q263(Appears to read 1DZ)
2. D263(Appears to read D4)

I have not had any luck using the SMD charts

It is the old thunder 1501D Circa 2002

Q263- TRANSISTOR NPN MMBTA42 SMD SOT

D263- DIODE MMBD4148SE CATH-ANODE SM

My appologies I thought I had searched every thread.
