JVC KS-A152 car amp would not turn on, i need schematics or help :)

in power section is C3852 and D1065, output transistors:A1264 and C3181
smps 494: PS494C

c3852/D1065 voltage: 1-2 12V, 2-3 12V
outpur transistor voltage: 0V
tl494 (pin7 - pin12, GND-Vcc) : 0V

situation is same for connected or disconnected REM(12V) !

i can not find where the REM line goes on pcb, i only see connection between rem and 2 point above, and nothing else , here is a image

The two pins above it may be a jumper to the other side of the board (to another trace). Try to find continuity from the remote terminal to the traces on both sides of the vertical board where they connected to the bottom of the main board.
