Default Soundigital 16kd

I have a 16k and Im wondering on the output mosfet what are the numbers they look like they been removed by a dremel or something are these mosfet 4004? Please help me locate what they are.

Pm me a photo of them. I'll tell you when I see them. But sure there irfp460lc or could be irfp460 non lc or Fdh44n50----500 volt/ 44 amp. These here are very powerful.
Then there's lower voltage higher current irfp350 or 360 also. Good luck

Default These chips are also called ultrafets, not standard hexfets, mosfets.

If these are the ultrafets and you want to use high power n channels to switch out, make sure gate resistors are matched accordingly.
