Default MTX Thunder 2300x 45 volts coming from negative speaker terminal

I have had a MTX thunder 2300x for awhile, and I just pulled it out of storage and tested it to make sure everything was good before using it. The left channel works just fine, but the negative terminal for the right speaker is putting out 45v dc. I can also hook a speaker to the positive of the right terminal and the positive of the left terminal and it works. I figured I would ask here and see if anyone has had this problem before opening it up. Is there any companies I can send it to for repair? Will MTX repair it? Or is it cheaper to get a new one? How hard is is to do myself? I used to be an electrician, so I'm familiar with electrical, just not a whole lot of circuit boards. Thanks for any input.

The black capacitor in the middle of the one picture definitely did burst.

Did you check the output transistors to see if any were shorted?

If you're new to amp repair, read the basic repair page (link in sig line below).
