Default Power Acoustik A2400db

Well, driver board have seen better days. Fan had fail'd, q124 and 125 have been overheated. Someone before had repaired it. Whats the value of R190 and C191? C191 have replaced with 47R resistor... What model is IC1? The numbers is brushed off, i would like to replace it.

The IC is an NJM4580. I've never seen a defective one.

C191 is a 220 ohm resistor. R190 is a 1.2k ohm resistor.

If the board got hot, it may have become conductive. If you shine a bright light from the back of the board, there should not be any dark areas that you cannot see on the surface of the board. If there are dark areas, the board has likely become conductive.
