475 is 47 followed by 5 zeroes pF or 4700000 or 4,700,000pF or 4.7uF. Look for Panasonic polyester capacitor with 4.7uF value and 63V voltage rating, on the Panasonic site or a distributor's site, and there should be an orderable part number.
