Default old school Rockford 1500

I have one of these amps to repair and it has a few shorted transisuin the power supply. And it has bad nonpolar capacitor that someone solderd. From the top. But first what I have to use to get the board out the case? The screws have a stud in the middle and I can't get them out.

You need a tamper-proof driver bit. You can buy them individually (recommended for those that you regularly use) or in sets like this.
