Amplifier powers on but has distorted output when the volume is turned up? Nothing looks discolored or burned on the board. I did wiggle everything on the board and one of the 2 boards that is mounted verticle makes a clicking noise when moved. I checked for bad solder joints and nothing stands out. Any Ideas?

If you resoldered the connections on the board, check where they connect to the ceramic board. If all is OK there...
With no power applied, measure the resistance for probes A and B in the following image. What do you read? http://www.bcae1.com/temp/ppidriverb...roverlay01.swf

Those are OK. Double-check the connections where the leads are soldered to the ceramic board. You'll have to use a lighted magnifying glass to see if any of the solder connections are cracked.
