Default Mtx Thunder 2300X

I opened this amp up and for the outputs there are SSP45N20A's in the amp

Is this correct ?? every 2300 ive seen up to this point used IRF540's

Just wondering if the outputs are correct ?

They were used in some of the 2300s. I generally use the IRF3415s as subs.
