hi all
Am looking for some FETS i can used in place of irf9540 and irf540? IT is for a rockford amp.I can not find the A version. |

i found them right away on digikey. you might be able to use 640/9640's, iirc
|

Are you referring to the IRF540A by Fairchild? If so, you don't have to use those. You can use the regular IRF540.
Use octopart.com to find stocking distributors.
