JL e1400DM

I have a JL Audio e1400DM that comes on but has no sound out. I took the back off of it to see that there are 4 green leds lite up but the driver board and the 4 leds in a row that are in front of the 2200 uf 80 volt caps do not light up. Any suggestions on were to start trouble shooting. I know my way around a multimeter and can check most components. Thanks for any help in advance.

Take the Clips off off all the transistors.. Wiggle the rectifier around to see if it has any broken legs ... Theese amps are know for broken legs on the rectifiers..

Check both sides of the heat sink?

Checked all 8 of the IRFZ44N...no broken legs or burn marks
Checked all 4 of the IRF540... no broken legs or burn marks
Checked both LM337T...No broken legs or burn marks
Checked the single U1640cq441 no broken legs or burn marks

What next guys?

Did you take the clamps off or not?

Clamp everything to the heatsink except D18. Power up the amp and measure the DC voltage on the center leg of D18. Do NOT let the probe short between the legs of D18. The black probe will be placed on the amp's ground terminal when measuring the votlage.
