Does anyone know the value of the power supply gate resistors for this amp? They're pretty well charred.

If they're using IRFP064s in the supply, they may be 22 ohms. That's what's used in an amp that appears to be closely related.

Generally, even if they all appear to be burned, quite a few will be within tolerance and can tell you what they were. Of course, you must measure the value after removing the FETs or the resistors from the circuit.

They test 47ohms, what's CRAZY is that the way they are discolored, the look EXACTLY to be brown, black, black, gold (10ohms). Yet they check 47ohms, yellow, violet, black. gold.
Thanks to you both, you were both right.
