When all 6 are in the circuit are those the only 3 that get hot? Or do all 6 in that channel?

If you short legs 1 and 2 of Q104 (bias transistor), do the outputs still get hot?

Yes
I was doing some testing and not sure if its suppose to be like this or not but the channel thats giving me problems I have 00.2 ohms between the negative speaker terminal and the B+ terminal |

Check the bias transistor. Confirm that it has two good junctions.

NO Rca's were unpluged
Bias transsistor has 2 good junctions |

Assuming that the positive terminal for this channel is used for bridging, having 0 ohms to the B+ on the negative terminal would be a problem. It would seem to indicate that the amp has a shorted transformer. Connect the meter to those two terminals and twist the transformer. Does that eliminate the short?
