As always, I'd recommend the IRF3710Z.

I replaced the HIP4080 in this amp but ive seen them bad right out of the box ..
Is there a way to test to see if the HIP4080 is working correctly before i stick the outputs in this amp ? |

It's virtually impossible to have a defective semiconductor. They're all tested as far as I know. It's more likely that you missed something (a defective component that killed the IC) or mishandled the IC.
Since the high-side gets it's voltage from the oscillation of the output transistors, it's not easy to test the IC in the circuit without the FETs.

I replaced the HIP4080 and replaced the orginal outputs (RF40N10) with
IRF3710Z's.. When i power the amp up it draws excessive current and blew 2 of the new outputs... I took the 2 shorted outputs out and the HIP4080 out.. Amp still draws excessive current so i took the rest of the new outputs out and stuck 4 of the 8 old outputs in the amp ... Still draws excessive current with the outputs in circuit .. Any ideas? |

I don't think this amp has any pulldown resistors. If that's true, you cannot install the outputs without the 4080 in the circuit. It will continue to blow outputs. If you applied power with the new outputs in and the 4080 out, that's why they failed or drew excessive current.
If the 4080 was in the circuit with blown outputs, it's likely that the 4080 has been damaged.
