A friend got this at a pawn shop. The power supply is working and the outputs are oscillating but the only thing it outputs is a little static.

It seemed like when I moved it around in his trunk I banged it and it seemed to have output, could be solder joint or shorted coil but any idea why all looks good and only static for output?

Also, I have no idea what the diagnostic lights mean so that could be a start.

Also, RCA shields to secondary center tap is in the 2 mega ohms.

Are any of the legs on the rectifier or the power supply FETs broken? The center leg commonly breaks on the rectifiers but you can't see it unless you push on the rectifier.

Dang it Perry, you nailed it right on the head. A touched the center leg of each rectifier and both of them go SPARKY SPARKY SPARK!
