I read 108 ohm's now and I thinks the damage may not be terrible. It is more than two layers but I left enough of the plates on to solder the capacitors in place. I severed two traces in the process but I think I know where they lead

One of the traces was touching the plate below it when I moved it, the meter reads OL. I am hoping that with the capacitors and inductor out, this reading is correct right?
