Default MTX Thunder X500D

This amp had a blown powersupply, but also two 35v 100uF caps at C98 and C99. I repaired the power supply so now the amp powers and plays, but the rail voltage is very low; +-9vDC. The waveform coming off the transformer is +-10v clean square wave. Regulated voltage looks alright at +-13.5vDC referencing amp general ground.

What could be causing low rail voltage?

I figured it out. The coil connected between the outputs had shorted windings. I was able to unwrap and insulate the short. Also note while shorted occasionally the amp would draw excessive current.
