Default My Subwoofer box

My box is 16" tall, 16" deep, 32" long, i have about 1.377 cubic feet for each subwoofer that requires anywhere from 1.0 to 1.5 cubic feet in a ported box. As of right now im using 3/4" MDF board and i was looking for a little help. i looked some box's on the internet and everyone has fat short ports that are not long at all. i checked the cubic feet requirement length for my port and it says it needs to be 28". which is hard to fit in my box. Everyone else has a box and i know there slot ports are not at the right size.. but majority rules, am i doing something wrong?
everything is fine but the port. im so confused! i checked one of the calculators and it said i should use a 1:8 ratio for height to width on the port because im using 1" width and 14.5 height. but there simply is no other way to achieve 31 Hz tuning

Put up the Theile Small parameters for the sub and I'll model it for you-tried opening the Kenwood support user manual but it keeps crashing on me.

"fat short ports" will tune the box higher, smaller diameter but longer length will tune lower. Detail what you'd like the box tuned to and what kenwood suggest and I'll do both for you.

For 1.5 cu ft ported box, use a PVC tube of 3" Dia, Length = 12.25". This will tune your sub for Fb=30Hz (F3=30Hz).

If you want more punch instead of lower bass, use a smaller box.
Box Vol = 0.7 cu ft (20 Liters)
PVC tube Dia = 2"
Length = 6.25"

Box tuning (Fb) = 40Hz
F3 = 40Hz
