a/d/s PQ20.2 Supply

Just got an ads PQ20.2 amp from a friend recently. Opened it up and see all 10 of the power supply Fets damaged along with all 10 gate resistors. Charred the board under the resistors and around the Fets somewhat. I have on hand a few IRLI530NPbF and was wondering can these be used. If not, what are the specs that I need to look to find a suitable replacement.

The FETs you listed won't be suitable replacements. They may not even work for testing since they have a low turn-on threshold.

If you clean the face of the original power supply FETs with acetone, you should be able to read at least one (or should be able to piece together a part number from several).

I believe the 2SK659's were the orginal fets in the PQ20 amps..

As Perry said in another post theese fets should work for you if the orginals are 2SK659's

The following part (Mouser) should work.
512-FQPF30N06L

The fets have K659 on them so it seems they are the originals. Thanks everyone for chiming in, I will go ahead and order the 512-FQPF30N06L from Mouser.
