Default Rockford BD1000

Hello everyone.

I have a BD1000 I am working on.

Whats been done so far:

All output fets and gate resistors have been replaced.

One MIC4420CT has been replaced.

RCA jacks have been replaced.

U17 LM6171 has been replaced.

The amp idles fine, does not draw excess current and produces sound and hits very hard like normal.

Problem: The amp has a strange noise in the background of the speaker. Its hard to explain almost sounds like change rattling in the cup holder when the bass hits if that makes sense.

The output is not totally clean on the scope. I posted a few pics. First pic is low volume, second pic is half volume.

Someone correct me if I am wrong but am I viewing oscillation here?

Scope settings were 20volts/div and 2ms

Where should I check next?

That's the last point in the preamp audio chain. You have to have audio there if you have output from the amp.

I moved the scope down to 1v/div 2 ms and I get a signal. It looks clean but the line is a little hazy or blury if you will. When ever I increase the volume there is a very loud buzzing in the amp almost like from the outputs or something.

Do you have a clean square wave out of the two op-amps that drive the opto-couplers?

When I touch the scope to either op-amps pin 6 the signal leaves the screen.
