Default Transistor marked C111

I assume it is 2SC111 and all I can find is 50V @ 200mA, no datasheet that I can see. This is used in the circuit around the 494, not the drivers. I was going to drop a 2n3904 in its place if it makes sense.

It's likely a KRC111.
