Default blown outputs on mtx thunder 704x need substitute

Local amp shop when south and purchased 40 amps from them for dirt cheap.all amps have the original stickers "made in china '' intact and all that i peaked at have mint boards with 1-2 bad outputs -irl540n .i have some irf540n here but for sure not enough for all amps .can i use irf540n instead or not.

amps are mtx thunder 704x and 702x
i know those are not top shelf but will sell like hot bread at 50-60 each to the flea market

The IRL540 is a logic level part, you would have to know what gate voltage it will see.

The IRFZ44 is a lower spec'd part, I wouldn't use it. Look for a FDP50N06 or FQP50N06 as a replacement.

The RFP50N06 is not rated for the same current as the IRFZ48N. The 48N is rated for 65amps and the 50N06 is rated at 50 amps.

I'd suggest looking at the datasheets and getting familiar with them. If the replacement parts are a good match it does not mean it will work in the amp. Some amps are very particular about the part that is used.

I don't understand? I order from Digikey, Mouser (same price usually) and Avnet Express. Avnet would be the cheapest if they have them. I don't order from Ebay.
