i have this amp to repair for a friend. i finally found how to power it up.the the problem is the relays dont always engage and one channel is blown.

i cant find the model of it any where. its the 4ch amp. this is the mono block.

Does it look exactly like that from the top?
Does the board have anything printed on it that would indicate the model?

If you remove the outputs from the blown channel, do the relays engage?
