I am trying to figure out the part number for this device. Does anyoine have a clue what it is? This is from a Memphis mcd3004 output card.

J108 is the part number. They read like they're leaking when no gate voltage is applied.

Read item #6 on the Checking Semiconductors page of the tutorial.

My wife who knows nothing about transistors walked by and pointed out the J108. Yet another reason why I love this woman!
