this unit have 3 flashes between power and protection with 1 second laps between the 3 flashes, there is no output transistor or ir2010 in the unit at this point, a picture is included. any sugestion?

Look up the owner's manual. It shows the code for the flashes.

the 3 flashes means that the battery is bad, since I'm working
with a 12V 35amp power supply, I decide to look for loose power supply
connection, and founded a loose transformer, tight up and the amp
power came up, install all the output transistor, and the amp was
playing OK for about 2 min, until I disconnected the remote cable,
I heard a spark and all my output transistors went bad, any suggestion?

check for solder bridges

this amp got 54v on one channel, no shorted
output or drivers, the tl072 have the +15v
at pin 8, and 6v at pin 4 instead of -15v
any sugestions?
