here are the voltages for the two tl072c. is the first one bad?
1. 0.83 2. 0.07 3. 0 4. 0.6 5. 0 6. 4.6 7. 0.87 8. 15 1. 14.8 2. 14.4 3. 14.3 4. .06 5. 14.3 6. 14.5 7. 14.5 8. 15.0 |

It has no negative supply voltage.
Is this for an amp that you asked about earlier?

there is no negative voltage. yes this is the amp from earlier.

When you have a thread started for a particular repair, it makes it much easier to help if you add to the thread than if you start a new thread, particularly when you don't include the full model number.
If the op-amps were two of those in the photo, the negative supply voltage is missing. Find the negative voltage regulator and determine why it's not producing any output.
