Newbie here with a problem concerning a JL M2150. Speaker smoking due to output power from speaker connections putting out 26.9 volts dc power. Is this repairable. out of warranty . and i am not as skilled as some of you are on this equipment, could one of you please advise me on this.
13.9 volts dc imput power fused 30 amp from battery |

Sounds like you have a shorted output. It might be fixable. Please post a good quality photo of the entire internals.
To get started, you should read Perry Babin's basic amp repair tutorial that is hyperlinked in his signature, just find one of his posts (there are many) and click on it. After reading all of it, you'll have to decide if your up to the task.
