The pwm ic tl494 goes bad after one month.I have replace it three times.apart from the 494 i have never find any othe bad parts in the amp.when it goes bad i get 9v on almost all the pins of the 494.There is an othe small ic next to it 4558d this time i will replace them both to see what happen.Any idea what elce could cause the tl494 to just fail like that?
