Do you have positive 15v on pin 8 of all of the op-amps and -15v on pin 4 of all of the op-amps?

Place the black probe on one of the non-bridging speaker terminals when measuring the voltage.

Maybe You should know that bridge makes from both channel + terminals?

Does the voltage on either of the bridging terminals change polarity when you change the position of the bridge switch?

Now You know that there is bridge siwtch - i cant get rail voltage on terminals which are marked as bridge.
No, polarity dont change - voltmeter dont show any rail when connected to bridge - for individual channel there is.
Metering opamps, black probe on ground terminal - all opamps on 8 pin got +11v, metering 4pin, black probe still on ground terminal, all opamps got 0.58v. When black probe are on output "+" terminal, opamps got -14v on pin 4
