Wasn't there a problem with the voltage on pin 12 of IC2 dropping when the output was loaded?

Basically, yes. It drops from nearly 30V to around 17 and the output voltage is around 8V instead of more than 13V

You stated that the output from the diode looked the same (on the scope) loaded or unloaded but the output of that diode feeds pin 12 directly. How can the voltage be dropping on pin 12 but not on the diode.

Sorry - I may have provided a misleading information. English is not exactly my first language

The curve is almost the same (no spikes or any other strange modifications) but it goes down in the y axis reflecting the changed voltage.

Look at the signal on the non-striped end of the diode with the scope. Does the waveform drop on that side of the diode when loaded?

If so, post the waveforms when loaded and unloaded.

If the amplitude of the waveform on the other side of the diode doesn't drop significantly, the diode is likely defective.

Earlier, you stated that there was no difference between the loaded and unloaded waveforms on the tabs of Q3 and Q4. Now that you know that amplitude is important, do you see a difference loaded/unloaded?
