trying to find a sub for it. it's n-channel mate is fqp19n20c, which is getting replaced with irf640, but i can't seem to cross the part anywhere, or find a good sub matched to the 640..... help please

Rockford Fosgate amps use IRF640 and IRF9640 together, maybe you could try those?

1000 in stock @ $.64 each not a bad deal, maybe you should place your order with a place that stocks them?

If this is for stock and intended for use in class D amplifiers, you should stick with the originals until you can test the substitute parts in MULTIPLE amps of the same model to determine that they will work properly. Just because the subbed part works in one amp, it doesn't mean it will work 100% of the time in all amps of the same make/model.
