ok, another snafoo again.... i'm trying to cross this power supply fet, and can't even get an exact match, other than trying to sell me some (and i checked those sites for p-sheets) now, what close things i've been able to cross was rfp50n05L, and crosses as irL3705/irLz44n, or it can cross to irfz40?...... i guess the big question, is are they gate logic fets, or normal fets. i'm just trying to narrow that down to choose a replacement to upgrade. i was hoping just to throw some irf3205's in there. not sure if it matters to you, but the8 are driven by 3.3ohm, from a pair of a 1562, to the sg3524n ic...... thank you, i'm lost

if car amp, then they are not logic level fets, and 3205 or similar would be great

The NDP7060 would be the closest to the originals. The 3205s should work if you don't want to use the 7060.

oh, sweet, the 7060's are what cane in my 500s's, which is great, since i know the 3205's are proven as an awesome upgrade to the under-built power supply section. you think the 1562 can handle running 4 of them with the 3.3ohm resistors, or should i bump them to 33, or 34's?

I think the 1562 can handle it with the 3.3 ohm resistors. Using slightly higher value gate resistors would decrease the stress on the drivers but I don't think it's necessary.
