i wanted to make sure this was right. the marking om the part is 2t on a cart i have it says its 2n44403. is this correct?

Its actually 2N4403 you have to many 4's in the part number you listed.

All of those are the same 2N4403 part number

Try using MMBT4403 when looking up the part. They are all SOT23 package and from what I could find: PNP 80V 100Ma
 
The a42 is a slower transistor and may run hotter. I'd suggest that you wait and get all of the correct parts for this amp. Class D amps can be finicky and using subs (especially multiple subs) could cause problems. The problems may not be immediately apparent and could cause reliability issues later. If the amp is unreliable or fails while testing, you won't know if it's the drivers or something else.
