i have this amp to repair.and it only has 3 power supply drive transistors. the other spot hasn't been re soldered. should i add the 4th one?

It has to have 4 power supply drivers (I'm assuming that it's like the 1608 -- the closest I have photos of) to work properly.

I may have fixed a few amps with PS drive circuits like this. Take a look at this thread:
