looking for a sub to match the focals. amp is xtant 403a. took the amp out of my old car and now want to build something new. is the diamond d6 any good?

The old ones were, not heard much about later ones. Sub integration is more down to the box design and the cabin gain of the vehicle-match those and a couple of cheap subs isobarically mounted can lay waste to those 5x the price

Cool thanks baron. I just picked up a 12w3 in a sealed box built to specs. Not exactly what I wanted but at least it's not made in Chinese prisons. I guess we'll see how it works out.

Good subs, the "recommended" enclosures aren't the best for your car though-just will work well in most cars. Try it in your car and if you don't like it model the enclosure and see if you like the graphs and then try a different box volume-you can just add balast to your box to make it smaller and se how that affects the output.
